_davPDF v26.10.3
🇺🇸 Updated _davPDF to v26.10.3 while retaining the new _davstudios release standard and YY.M.REVISIONE versioning scheme. Synchronized the version across package.json, package-lock.json, Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock, Tauri configuration, documentation and tests. Fixed the PDFium runtime verification contract which in v26.10.2 required pdfium.dll to exist during npm test, causing the pipeline to fail on macOS and Linux and making the check fragile on Windows as well. Tests no longer require a pre-generated PDFium binary to be stored in the repository: the GitHub Actions workflow now prepares the platform-specific runtime and explicitly verifies its presence immediately afterwards, checking pdfium.dll on Windows, libpdfium.dylib on macOS and libpdfium.so on Linux before tests and the Tauri build. Release version verification has also been strengthened across package.json, package-lock.json, Tauri configuration, Cargo.toml and Cargo.lock with a parser compatible with both LF and CRLF line endings. Repository normalization and deterministic EOL rules introduced in the previous release have been retained. Preserved the official metadata with _davstudios as publisher, davstudios.it homepage, © 2026 _davstudios copyright, MIT license, Productivity category, package descriptions and Debian metadata for Linux. Preserved the existing studio.dav.pdf identifier to maintain application identity continuity. The bilingual 🇮🇹/🇺🇸 Description workflow, Linux hardening and Windows SmartScreen, macOS Gatekeeper and Linux AppImage instructions also remain unchanged. Fully preserved the PDFium runtime preparation and bundling flow for Windows, macOS and Linux. No functional changes were made to the PDF engine, PDFium rendering, merge, split, compression, page management, protection, conversion features or application interface.
