_davPDF v26.10.4
🇺🇸 Updated _davPDF to v26.10.4 while retaining the new _davstudios release standard and YY.M.REVISIONE versioning scheme. Synchronized the version across package.json, package-lock.json, Cargo.toml, Cargo.lock, Tauri configuration, documentation and tests. Performed a new and more rigorous complete repository normalization across the entire project, ensuring that every tracked file already present in the previous release receives a real but neutral modification and is therefore associated with the v26.10.4 commit, removing remaining GitHub file and folder entries still linked to v26.10.2 or v26.10.3 releases. All text files were normalized again through non-functional EOL/EOF changes, while PNG, ICO and ICNS assets were also updated through non-visual binary changes while fully preserving their appearance. Removed the generated pdfium.dll runtime from the source package, as it is already excluded from version control through .gitignore: PDFium continues to be prepared automatically by the dedicated scripts and GitHub Actions workflow using the correct runtime for Windows, macOS and Linux. Retained the multiplatform verification of pdfium.dll, libpdfium.dylib and libpdfium.so after runtime preparation, together with stable path checks and Cargo.lock synchronization compatible with both LF and CRLF checkouts. Preserved the official metadata with _davstudios as publisher, davstudios.it homepage, © 2026 _davstudios copyright, MIT license, Productivity category, package descriptions and Debian metadata for Linux. Preserved the existing studio.dav.pdf identifier to maintain application identity continuity. The bilingual 🇮🇹/🇺🇸 Description workflow, Linux hardening and Windows SmartScreen, macOS Gatekeeper and Linux AppImage instructions also remain unchanged. Fully preserved the PDFium runtime preparation and bundling flow for Windows, macOS and Linux. No functional changes were made to the PDF engine, PDFium rendering, merge, split, compression, page management, protection, conversion features or application interface.
