It depends on your sample and biomarker set. KDM is a weighted average of biomarker-estimated age and chronological age — if the biomarkers have weak correlations with age or if the sample is relatively homogeneous, the estimate will stay close to chronological age. This can happen with few biomarkers or a narrow age range. Hard to say more without seeing your code and data characteristics. |

When using the kdm_calc-function I get very small variations from the chronologic age, like only a few months. Is that normal? Or am I doing something wrong?
