IntelliSense or Auto-Complete Suggestion Box Issue

Some issues has bee identified w.r.to IntelliSense or Auto-Complete Suggestion Box.

Postgres: working as expected w.r.to Column Names

Postgres: Issue with some default functions
ilike function is not shown. (where as like is being shown which is supported by many databases)

MSSQL: unable to load suggestions for column names when i type in lower case and it shows table name.

MSSQL: for columns to be popped up in auto-complete box, i have to type "Sup" for the column name "SupplierName" as in the same case

Thanks for these.. that where filter is using the new language server.. it's not enabled yet in the editor/notebooks (you can turn it on in settings) but figured this where filter would be a good place to get some bugs out.

If you update to 1.17.29, both these should be fixed.
