Add ability to save entity relationship diagrams

Why (problem/use case)

Entity relationship diagrams are essential for me as a developer to communicate with other developers. Right now, I have to relayout them each time I use the feature after closing the tab.

I just realize if I export to HTML this will allow interactive editing! So maybe add some way to save the last layout?!

This was actually a bug, the layout changes you made should have been saving between loads.. try out version 1.17.35 which has been released.. it should now save when you re arrange the tables.
