Focus on the (first) cell after executing SQL

What

After I execute the SQL, the results show up in the terminal panel area, but it is not focused there

Why (problem/use case)

I have to reach for my mouse to navigate the data instead of directly using the arrow keys

I am hesitant to add this one.. I have broken the functionality a few times where executing a query lost the editor focus and that resulted rather quickly in people opening issues about the loss of focus (#420 #489).

I don't really want to make it a setting either.. What about a keybaord modifier ontop of the current cmd/window+enter ? then you can decide at execution time if you want to loose the focus or not ?

Ok, I can relate to why I want focus to stay on the SQL.

How about this:

1. I'm testing out show results below
2. I can switch to results using the command workbench.action.focusSecondEditorGroup
3. When I do that, can DBCode focus on the first cell?

In relation to #841, perhaps let me describe what will be a perfect mouseless workflow for me:

1. Shortcut A to focus on tables of the default database discovered from .env (project developer should make only 1 database discoverable)
2. Shortcut B to open a blank SQL editor
3. OR from tables, press up/down arrow to select a table and shortcut C to open a SQL editor with
   SELECT * FROM table LIMIT 1000 prefilled
4. From the editor, we can press Shortcut D, e.g. ctrl+enter to run the SQL and see results
5. Once we switch to the results window, the first cell gets focused and arrow keys allow me to navigate the data

B and C could be the same shortcut, whether the editor has data or not depends if it was from tables or a specific table and there is no need to touch the mouse at all. Going through the editor also allows modification, which some folks may require.
