v10.0.0 proposal

This is a summary of the changes I'd like to add before publishing v10. I'll update the changelog and the version number after this PR gets merged.

Summary:

• Removed 2 dead services: AstroBotList, DiscordBotsCo
• Added 2 new services: Listcord, MotionBotlist
• Updated 5 existing services: DiscordLabs, DiscordListSpace (!), InfinityBotList, BotsForDiscord/DiscordsCom, BladeBotList/BladeList
• Minor formatting changes
