added require fileutils and change File.copy to FileUtils.copy

Fixes the problem I was having with File.copy not being found.

@kindkid I'm all set to push version v0.1.3 to RubyGems but I'm currently lacking the permissions to do so. I've sent a message to @dbrady about this.

If you want to use the new version right away, you could just built it yourself by cloning the repository and do gem build ssh-config.gemspec and then do gem install ssh-config-0.1.3.gem.
