Ignored selectors

Hello and thanks for the library!

The following config:

prefixWrap('#prefix', {
  ignoredSelectors: ['body'],
})

will ignore not only the body selector, but also class names like .mytable tbody td which probably makes no sense. Would be great to fix this behaviour.

Hi @kolking, thanks for reporting this issue.

I agree that specifying ignoredSelectors: ['body'], should only match the exact body selector.

I will take a look and see how this can be resolved.

Looks like the issue was that ignoredSelectors has the type (string | RegExp)[], but when we go to compare the selector to determine if it should be excluded or not, we always used the cleanedSelector.match(currentValue) method. This is correct for RegExp but for string it acts as a partial match which is not the expected behaviour.

I am updating this portion of the code to differentiate between the two types and when a string is encountered, an exact match is used instead, which I believe better matches the expected value.
