Maintained badge shows "no! (as of 2024)"

Maintained badge on readme and https://addons.ddev.com/addons/ddev/ddev-redis shows maintained as "no! (as of 2024)". This had us confused on weather or not to use the addon becuase of its apparent maintance status.

Suggested solutions:

• Remove the badge
• Update the date on the URL to a later year
• Find a better badge to convey maintained status that doesn't require manual updating.

It looks like this was updated manually a few years ago as well. 68974ae
