gh-dashboard is the temporary working name of this project — an open-source, interactive dashboard for GitHub repositories, issues, PRs, traffic, and CI activity. Before we get any deeper, we'd like to pick the final name together with the community.

How to participate

Drop your suggestion as a comment on this discussion. One name per comment is best, so each idea can be discussed and reacted to on its own.

For each suggestion, it's helpful if you include:

• Name (and pronunciation, if non-obvious)
• Why — a short rationale (origin, meaning, vibe)
• Domain check — whether the .dev / .io / .com looks free, if you've checked
• GitHub org/handle availability, if known

What we're looking for

• Short and memorable (ideally one word)
• Easy to type and to say out loud
• Evokes GitHub data exploration, observability, or dashboards — without being too literal
• Friendly to non-English speakers
• Not already taken by another well-known dev tool

Once we have enough proposals, we'll shortlist the favorites based on community reactions (👍 on the comments) and then open a Poll discussion to pick the winner.
