Parse SVG with lazy loading images component

Enhance the lazy-img component with SVG respectively add the ability to parse SVG instead of using them in an tag

We need notably this for the editor in order to display the social icons (twitter, dev.to etc.) and too make their color inheriting the font color of the slide
