studio: first slide saved in previous deck #254

well that's new ;)
we don't know actually how it happened but the first slide of the second deck of @abennouna was actually added to the list of slide of the first deck
it might be related to the anonymous user:
anonymous -> deck -> sign in -> merge what ever -> user create explicitly new deck
