studio: fullscreen open to presentation mode

user might set the information of the first slide as "to be animated/revealed", therefore it's a bit inconvenient that the fullscreen mode is firstly in "editing" mode before switching after a couple of seconds to "presenting" mode

=> presenting mode should be the default behavior when switching to fullscreen
