A notice is missing #5321

Describe the bug
Before the commit 7a2e4a8 when I run ABACUS with gamma_only=1 and nspin=4, there would be a notice " nspin=4(soc or noncollinear-spin) does not support gamma only calculation"
This notice has been lost since the commit 7a2e4a8:
@A-006 could you fix it?
