New tutorial for: Function calling with chat generators

We would like to have a tutorial to showcase chat generators and function calling.
The tutorial should be the first 'beginner' function calling tutorial so should cover the basics and get people used to the concept of function calling.

Once we have this one out, we can have a second one that uses more complex components like Open API etc
