Since our initial release of DeepSpeed-Chat we have done extensive testing w. ZeRO Offload and are now confident this can be enabled. Our testing has found that offload is working correctly when HybridEngine is disabled, we are still investigating issues related to HybridEngine in general and will announce updates w.r.t. it as soon as possible.
