Map loads unexpected layer

What happens

When loading the map, a layer is loaded, even though not of them is enabled in the panel:

What I expected

To see the basemap, without any layer on top of it.

When does this happen

When the Mapbox Style specifies a layer (in the example above no2), but this is not referenced in the layer configuration in YML.

Solution

Should we catch this on the content validation?

@olafveerman The mapbox style is being added as it is defined in the configuration. This includes the visibility props.
If the layer is then set in the "panel layers" definition, its visibility will change accordingly, otherwise will be left untouched.

I imagine it can be handy to have a layer that can't be managed defined in the style, if one is to use it for context.
The best course of action is probably to have this documented.
