The notebook walks through how to load the most recent 48-hour forecast. This is a good demonstration of how to apply filters to the
forecast:horizonandforecast:reference_timeproperties to find specific forecasts when running a search withpystac_client.I included one gif in the checked-in notebook - if we want to keep the repo very lean I can drop it from the cell output.
