Update branch organization and deployment environments

At the moment we have three deployment environments for the front-end:

• landcover.io: tracking main branch, which holds v1 branch of the app
• Reforestamos (prod): should track v2 branch
• Reforestamos (staging): should track develop branch

Required actions:

• Merge add/select-mosaic to develop
• Create v2 branch
• Update Reforestamos (staging) CI pipeline
• Update Reforestamos (production) CI pipeline

@geohacker the branches are updated. Would you be able to update the deploy workflow? I can also look into this if you prefer.

This is complete. Now the API deployments need to be udpated, as ticketed in developmentseed/pearl-backend#81.
