User Story

As a devfile maintainer I want to ensure I have access the account tied to all the automation, so that I can still manage the tied account regardless of who else is maintaining the automation.

Now that @team-devfile-bot has been onboarded to the organization and handles deploying the devfile.io landing page #1269, we can continue to onboard the bot account to handle our other automation services.

Acceptance Criteria

• Change deployment trigger account for devfile registry to @team-devfile-bot
• Change slack notifications GitHub account to @team-devfile-bot
