User Story

As a devfile maintainer I want to ensure all components are up to date in a efficient manner, so that everything is patched on a regular basis while making time for other responsibilities.

For this we can use renovate, the first task is to investigate the setup process for an organization wide configuration so that we can enable renovate for all repositories under devfile and devfile-samples.
