code by Extrems, cleaned up by DacoTaco. It does not read & write in the full SDHS speed (25MB/s) but does speed up SD card access. Tested with random benchmark tool : https://github.com/Unknowncmbk/Benchmark/blob/master/src/benchmark.cpp

improved write speed with +/- 1Mbps when writing 50MB files, and improved read speed by 0.1Mbps.
