What happens when the number of webhook delivery attempts runs out? For example, when the webhook delivery attempts run out and my server has not yet received it because it was offline or had some problem.

Is it possible to configure a specific action? What is the best plan of action for these cases?

I'd suggest configuring proper logging and alert you via email if there's a message about that (I don't remember the exact text)
