improve Open Space docs

• idea from @adrianmoisey - link reusable slides for the Open Space introduction from the organizer guide
• idea from @kmugrage - link a video of @nathenharvey explaining Open Space
• idea from @MikeRosTX - improve localization of the "Open Space" term - Espacios de Colaboración (Collaboration Spaces).

Note - if you move the stand-alone Open Space page, it will break stuff in the program template (the template automatically links there for program elements of type open-space)

My only issue with that video is it uses the term "law of two feet" instead of "law of mobility", and generally "law of mobility" is considered more inclusive.

I'm not disagreeing with you @mattstratton, but I think @kmugrage slide deck says "law of two feet" as well.

Couldn't get them to change the use of "law of mobility" to replace "law of two feet", but we have their permission to embed the video on our Open Spaces page.

If we're go to start using "law of mobility", then the verbiage on the Open Space needs to changed. Because it still refers to "law of two feet".

Fwiw, the intro slides that we link to from the open spaces doc use "law of mobility".
