[Navbar] Add navbar section sources

Description

Navbar contains a link to the task list view. Additionally there are:

• admin site link
• profile link
• logout link
• sign up link
• sign in link

⚠️ Since templates are only simulates various case
(e.g. anonymous user, authenticated, can edit etc.) next presets will be
applied:

• list view: authenticated user
• detail view: authenticated user
• sign in, sing up: anonymous user
• profile: authenticated user, administrator
