Roadmap

jamesconwaydev edited this page Nov 6, 2026 · 3 revisions

DevStream ships in three milestones. The live plan is the DevStream Roadmap project board, and every issue sits in one of the milestones. This page is the summary. The board and the milestones are always more current.

Milestone Target The point of it
v0.1 Launch 15 November 2026 The list goes live.
v0.2 Trust & Trending 15 December 2026 Make Likes harder to game and the bots harder to knock over.
v0.3 Polish 31 January 2027 The small stuff that makes the site and the docs nicer to use.

Dates are targets, not promises.

v0.1 Launch

Everything between "the bots work" and "people can use it":

  • the seed list imported, so the leaderboard isn't empty on day one;
  • this wiki, and the first posts in Discussions;
  • the org's domain verified, and the OpenSSF Best Practices badge registered;
  • v0.1.0 tagged with signed provenance.

v0.2 Trust & Trending

Hardening, mostly where someone would try to cheat or knock a bot over. Most of this has already landed: entries are tracked by repo ID, Like-burst records survive a failed write, old reports expire, license restrictions are caught, and a submission the bot can't decide comes to me. What's left is on the board.

v0.3 Polish

Edge cases and tidying in the description filter, the README and community checks, the GitHub client and the data files. Much of this landed early too; the board shows what's left.
