Double-check sidenote mark placement

Looking at a fresh v0.8.2 regeneration of https://arxiv.org/html/2401.18059v1

The sidenote marks are too high. In fact, dropping the margin-top entirely makes them look as expected, I think?

Another aspect to review is the width and placement of the narrow screen notes, see issue at

The mark placement seems to be specific to the arXiv load of bootstrap, as in the rules:

}
sub, sup {
     position: relative; 
     font-size: .75em; 
     line-height: 0; 
     vertical-align: baseline; 
}

Likely that entire bootstrap CSS piece needs to be removed from the HTML pages for now. Targeting the generic HTML elements will always have collisions with the latexml-based CSS rules
