Access Control and the Solr Index

The Web Annotation Utility Module installs a default collection for annotations.

XACML permissions must be applied to this collection in order to control the visibility of annotations in search.

The namespaces of annotations should never be modified through the collection management interface, and XACML permissions should be applied globally to all annotations.

The module does not currently support diverse XACML policies within the annotation collection.
