Support instrumenting Micrometer "Observed" annotations #43
Description
Goal: We have a customer who is currently using Micrometer for one system but would like to use the agent with Digma. They already included "observed" annotations in their code, however since he's running with the Digma agent, these are not getting picked up as they are not compatible with agent instrumentation.
Implementation:
Allow specifying an annotation using an environment variable for extended observability
Any method with that annotation will be instrumented with @WithSpan
