span tests - test view

filter by environments (All/multiple environment)
show list of span tests by calling new API (Ask @arik-dig )
should support pagination
auto refresh - same as insights
each test record should contain:
(last run record)
name - when user clicks on the span name we should change the scope to the test (show insights)
DateTime
status
trace link
Jira ticket details (Jira button should be enabled when test failed, otherwise disabled) (@doppleware TBD)
"Run" button
