Add anlytics for onboarding wizard

We want to know:

1. If the users clicked the 'Digma Docker' button
2. If the users passed the first page
3. If the user automatically passed the first page because the server was already up
4. If the users clicked the 'observabiliy button' in the wizard (new design)
