talk with @borisermakof for more details about the request-response contract
Request:

Response:
{
AnalyzeUsageCriticality: # true/false
}

if AnalyzeUsageCriticality is true:
Show in the asset card the "Performance impact" label
Show the sort by "Performance impact"
else
Hide both of them

we need to make sure new plugin can still work with the old backend and the opposite.

UPD:
Agreed to be handled on the UI side without calling the API.

Condition to hide the Importance impact data and corresponding sorting criteria:

1. Deployment type is Helm
   and
2. Environment type is shared
