Added a new extension method
Pipe. A use case is aString.Join-based implementation of theAggregateextension overload. This PR also contains a revised implementation ofGroupByManyFinally, the solution has been cleaned up and the README.md file has been updated with a badge from the github repository status build in Azure DevOps.
