Add vertical spacing component for layout control. - Create MjSpacer class with 8 configurable attributes - Support customizable height for vertical spacing - Handle padding and background color options - Generate div-based spacer for email compatibility - Add comprehensive test coverage with 9 test cases All tests pass (207 passed). PHPStan passes with 0 errors.
