Add complete head components family for email metadata and configuration: - mj-head: head wrapper component - mj-title: document title - mj-preview: inbox preview text - mj-font: external font imports - mj-style: custom CSS (inline/embedded) - mj-breakpoint: mobile breakpoint configuration - mj-attributes: global default attributes - mj-html-attributes: custom HTML attributes - mj-include: file inclusion support (mjml/html/css) Completes Phase 5 of the implementation plan.
