Adds the ai-slop-detector skill and brings every pinned skill and tool up to date (#43).

  • my-claude-apm-setup v0.6.11 → v0.6.12: adds FeedHive/ai-slop-detector. It lists 120 named patterns of AI writing slop, and you can avoid them while drafting or check a draft for them. Every other skill moves to its upstream HEAD, and rtk goes to 1.1.0. ~/.claude now carries 37 skills (32 pinned deps + 5 local).
  • APM CLI 0.33.0 → 0.35.0, the version v0.6.12's lockfile was cut with.
  • CLIs: Pulumi 3.268.0 → 3.273.0, Terraform 1.16.6 → 1.17.1, OpenTofu 1.13.1 → 1.13.2, kubectl 1.37.1 → 1.37.2, Helm 4.3.0 → 4.3.1, AWS CLI 2.38.1 → 2.39.3. Pulumi and AWS SHA256s re-pinned.

Pulumi v3.274.0 is still a draft upstream, so this release stays on 3.273.0, the current Latest.
