Docker image fails to run

When attempting to run the container, the following error is produced:

This was introduced in commit 3c068af.

I believe it may be to do with pnpm and its particular folder structure not being liked by the webpack/next.js server. I have tried setting the shamefully-hoist option to true, but to no avail.

A local working version is available on the branch iss-45/standalone-testing.

Based on testing, it appears that the issue is due to file attributes not copying correctly/symlinks. However, this is not consistent with what is reported by dive:
