This is a back-port of commit 4227406 (PR distributed-system-analysis#2830) from `main`. If the `SPECjbb.props` file has a commented out line we now ignore it, and ensure the requested behaviors take effect by appending them to the end of the file. Co-authored-by: Webb Scales <wscales@redhat.com>
This is a back-port of commit fbcd7f6 (PR distributed-system-analysis#2831) from `main`. The `pbench-send-tools` command must use the directory that was used for starting/stopping tools.
