Without the :: the following indented text isn't viewed as a code block in html documentation.

Where possible (as in this case and line 173 below) please use a double colon :: at the end of the line.

Without the double colon (::), the indented text isn't viewed as a code block in html documentation. This change helps readability in my opinion.
