Building off of @stephendonner 's travis and docker work, I was able to get the unit tests running in travis 🎉

EDIT: Sorry, didn't see the status - it was still lazy-loading on my SLOW conference Wi-Fi; will take a look tonight!

While I'm still looking this over, did you want to/intend to also run tests in Python 2.7, via the "py27" environment? https://github.com/mozilla-services/axe-selenium-python/blob/64a5abcef01ed982f43a69181615ec93309a5c07/tox.ini#L2
