@tim-schilling, by downstream, you mean create PRs for all projects? I actually worked on a small tool to list outdated GHA and update them. I am thinking whether we can leverage it to scan all our repos and create PRs. I will create an issue for it. |

@cunla I do. I also realized this action isn't great for testing releases. I ran into a few problems last night, but don't have a solution yet. |
