• follow the tutorial, get 'ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'django_prometheusdjango''
• delete '"django_prometheus" in INSTALLED_APPS', work fine

Are you sure you didn't add an extra django at the end of django_prometheus in one of your configurations (like middleware, for example)?
