Make Nested Functions a direct subheading of Pure Functions, rather than a subheading (in turn) of Special Cases.
Explain and simplify pure nested function example.
Add Nested Functions with Type Qualifiers Method Attributes subheading under Nested Functions. Fixes #4329.
