Description
This PR adds release notes for engine 27.2.1
There are also a couple fixups related to the new filesystem-based navigation, such as addign support for reversed sidebar order (useful for "version lists" like release notes that should use a descending order instead of ascending).
Also vendors an updated API version (1.47) that was actually released in 27.2.0 but wasn't available upstream yet.
