The settings UI is improved in 4.35 so update the docs to match: - mention "Docker VMM (beta)" and why you might want to try it (fast filesharing support) - clarify that "QEMU (Legacy)" and "HyperKit" are only intended for use if the default options fail Signed-off-by: David Scott <dave.scott@docker.com>

Description
Update the Docker desktop settings with Virtual Machine Manager selection changes in 4.35.
The new UI on Mac has a 3-way choice for "Virtual Machine Manager", see:
We now have a new "Docker VMM (beta)" option. Previously we had a set of booleans with complicated constraints. The 3-way selection is easier to navigate.
