The php restriction in composer prevents an installation that supports php 8.1

Should this PR also remove the composer.lock files of the other bin-directories? It's currently only phpunit that failed with the composer.lock and PHP 7.1 restriction. |

@SenseException originally, I set up the bin plugin in order to be able to easily support php 7.1: #55 IMO we can revert that when we drop that version of PHPUnit. |
