Description:
The HTML
formattribute has been pulled from spec, so I think it makes sense to remove it. Additionally, based on chatting with other a11y folks, I think it makes sense to provide the option to explicitly associate a Label with a form field withid/for. In the past some screen readers had variable behavior with nested form fields, and having theforattribute provides more flexibility to the widget.
