This is possibly a spelling mistake, or should have a link to the details of version 10 that describe how the behaviour changes.

This isn't a spelling mistake - see #4831, it s change that was merged recently, and will be made available when the first preview of EF 10 is released.

I think it may need some clarification attached to it then, this is the only place in MS web based documentation that I found reference to an EF version greater than 9.
