tempalte from '.NET Aspire Starter Application' to '.NET Aspire Starter App'. This is more consistent with Visual Studio. Related issue #4178.

Changing the title of the Aspire starter project template from '.NET Aspire Starter Application' to '.NET Aspire Starter App'.
This is more consistent with Visual Studio.
